'Beachtime Serenity' is a residential project where we were given a plot of vacant land at Biscayne Island along the Venetian Causeway in Miami.

With a pre-designed home, I was tasked to design the interior for a client - in our case, a classmate - and fulfill the tastes and desires of said client.

Upon interviewing my client, I discovered she and her family had an eye for minimalism and modern tastes, with no desire for vibrant colors or complexity.

The presentation is the process of accumulated knowledge, spatial arrangement and the design process taken to create my client's dream home.
